WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat and water, in addition to any kind of stroller or baby-wearing device for your little one.

PLAY DATES: Our FREE play date is offered every Wednesday immediately after class at 10:30am. Please register in advance so that we make sure to have enough materials. :)

Stroller Strides®: Total Body Workout 1 visit free From $10 per visit with 3 Class Preview Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Stroller Strides is appropriate for everyone, including moms-to-be and baby-wearing moms.

Stroller Barre® Workout

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, Barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength, muscle tone, and to improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates pre-and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking up for their new (and rapidly growing!) baby. Stroller Barre focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles to create a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Strides 360™: Conditioning & Agility Class 1 visit free From $18 per visit with 10 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Increase your endurance while also developing your speed, agility and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This cardio-intensive 60-minute workout is the perfect cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardios sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is perfect for anyone looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to their schedule. This is a calorie-scorching class!

Please wear reflective gear for evening classes. Children in strollers may attend this mom-focused workout. This class is not recommended for pregnant and recently postpartum women.

Body Ignite 1 visit free From $18 per visit with 10 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. This strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

BodyWell® Transformation $349 Purchase required to enroll

Body Well® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.
