Strides 360™: Conditioning & Agility Class

Increase your endurance while also developing your speed, agility and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This cardio-intensive 60-minute workout is the perfect cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardios sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is perfect for anyone looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to their schedule. This is a calorie-scorching class!

Please wear reflective gear for evening classes. Children in strollers may attend this mom-focused workout. This class is not recommended for pregnant and recently postpartum women.
